Coaching and Cultural Competence
As Coaches and Advisors, we strive to be thought partners with our Participants: asking powerful questions, unpacking assumptions and avoiding judgment.  All of this is done in the service of empowering the Participant.  How can we do this effectively, across communities and experiences?

Understanding current approaches to cultural competence, including foundational ideas around implicit bias, is one way to enhance the coaching skills we bring to the professions.

Registration for this CAN program is now open to CAN volunteers.

CAN Summer Solstice Pub Night

Coaching starts with setting Goals.  Next we work with Reality as we build on our strengths to make change.  But what do you do when you find yourself at the mid-point of the year with too many Options?

Join the Coach and Advisor Network and your colleagues for an evening of complimentary appetizers and comraderie!  Come and share your story about what you want and what it will bring you. Reconnect with your goals and decide how you are going to finish the year.  You still have time!

If you enjoyed CAN’s “Define Success in 2019” and “You are more Resilient than You Think” workshops, you won’t want to miss this networking event.

Registration for this CAN program will be open to all lawyers and paralegals in Ontario free of charge but space will be limited!
