As Coaches and Advisors, we strive to be though partners with our Participants: asking powerful questions, unpacking assumptions and avoiding judgment. All of this is done in the service of empowering the Participant. How can we do this effectively, across communities and experiences?

Understanding current approaches to cultural competence, including foundational ideas around implicit bias, is one way to enhance the coaching skills we bring to the professions.

Join the Coach and Advisor Network and Pamela Chapman, an educator and former adjudicator/lawyer and Moya Teklu, Policy counsel at Legal Aid Ontario where she is leading the Racialized Communities Strategy, for this 3-hour program customized to support CAN volunteers and leaders in the professions.
