Biographical Sketch
Herbert Abraham Clark was born around 1875. He attended the University of Toronto, where he received a B.A. in 1895. That same year, he was admitted to Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1898. Clark articled with Sir William Mulock, and became a partner in the Mulock firm in 1906. Clark remained at the firm for his entire career. Herbert Abraham Clark died on September 1st, 1943.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the legal career of Herbert A. Clark, an Ontario lawyer. These records document his education at Osgoode Hall Law School, his certification as a practising lawyer, and his lifelong involvement with the Toronto-based Mulock law firm, in its various incarnations. Records in the fonds include Law Society of Upper Canada curricula, articles of clerkship for Clara Brett Martin, certificates, schedules, notes, agreements, and forms.
